Meghan M. Gallo | Associate

Meghan works with the firm’s LegalShield members and also represents clients in administrative and civil matters.  She has experience handling a variety of cases including disability, personal injury, medical malpractice, family law and worker’s compensation.

Meghan has represented injured and disabled clients before administrative agencies in a four-state area (Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Kansas), circuit court, federal district court, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Because of her experience, she is regularly invited to lecture on a variety of topics concerning Social Security Disability law.

The most rewarding part of her job is getting to fight to bring justice to those who have fallen victim to unfortunate circumstances and those who due to physical or mental impairments, need a lifeline. Working closely with her clients allows Meghan to place herself in their shoes and to compassionately and vigorously fight for their rights and for their entitlement to compensation and benefits. Because of her personal relationships with her clients, she is able to identify and assist those in need of life-sustaining services, including healthcare, by helping them obtain public benefits or access to community programs and services.

Meghan received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List.  She and her family reside in Rogers, Arkansas and in her free time she and her husband are avid outdoorsmen and cavers.  She is a member of several local and national organizations, promoting cave and natural resource conservation through education and field research including bio-monitoring, surveying and cartography, and she served a number of years as a member and team leader of the Washington County Search and Rescue Team.
